Double Chocolate Keto Donuts Recipe

1 cup of blanched almond flour 2 egg whites 1 egg ¼ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tablespoon of melted coconut oil 2 tablespoons of stevia for baking 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 1/4 cup heavy cream ¼ teaspoon of Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon of baking powder ½ teaspoon of baking soda ¼ teaspoon of salt


1 tablespoon of melted cacao butter

1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon of granulated stevia

1 teaspoon Splenda brown sugar substitute


1. Preheat the oven at 375 F and greased the donuts pan. 2. In a bowl whisk the almond flour, cocoa powder, stevia, baking powder, baking soda and salt, set aside. 3. In a different bowl whisk the eggs, coconut oil, almond milk, heavy cream and vanilla extract for about 2 minutes. 4. Add the dry ingredients slowly to the wet mix and continue mixing until you have an homogenous batter. 5. Pour batter evenly in the pan with a spoon.

6. Bring donuts to the oven for 10-12 minutes or until you insert a wooden stick and comes out clean. 7. Once they are ready bring the out and let them cool for a little before unmolding. For the glaze: Whisk all the ingredients by hand.
