Do you love Peanut Butter and Chocolate together but love keto too? Look no further. Here is a fat bomb recipe that will satisfy your craving for Reese's. It's easy. It's simple...and your kids will love them too!
Reese's Fat Bomb Recipe
1/2 cup peanut butter (all-natural)
1/2 cup unrefined coconut oil
1-2 tbsp Cacao Butter (optional but this will give you the extra chocolate taste)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp organice heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp stevia or monkfruit sweetener
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
1. Combine peanut butter and coconut oil in a small sauce pan.
2. Melt on low heat.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
4. Pour into silicon mold (muffin cups) and freeze for 20-30 minutes.
5. Pop 'em out and enjoy!
Recipe notes: If you don't like the strong taste of unrefined coconut oil, you may substitute with refined coconut oil which has a lighter taste.
If you are using muffin liners, scoop out the melted mixture into them instead of pouring. I also recommend putting the liners on top of a foil lined baking pan so you can easily transfer the pan to the freezer.
